  • I’m a licensed CPA who is passionate about helping passionate people. Patience and communication are deeply embedded in my work. I enjoy learning about the world through my clients and empowering them to thrive in their field. 

    After nearly a decade of experience at Deutsche Bank, NXP, Oracle, and with a diverse range of clients, I am ready to work with you to create a custom strategy for your success.

    If you want to learn everything you can and take control of your finances, I can get you there. If you’d rather outsource your bookkeeping, I can free you up to do what you do best. Maybe you fall somewhere in the middle, and we can create a plan that’s best for you.

  • Hi! I'm an accountant and Enrolled Agent (I'm authorized to help taxpayers navigate the IRS, directly). I graduated Brown University with a degree in Theatre, while also pursuing courses in fields like statistics, economics, computer programming. I've been delighted to join Miles on his mission to support creative communities, non-profits, German expats, and working families for the past three years. I find I'm at my best when translating between the quantitative and qualitative, helping passionate people find peace of mind and focus on what lies ahead.

  • Hej! I’m Pilar Washburn, a Certified Public Accountant and graduate of the University of Chicago with over ten years of experience in tax and accounting. My focus has been on helping individuals, partnerships, and small corporations navigate US and cross-border tax issues. I also have experience in financial accounting and QuickBooks for small businesses. Although I’m Currently based in Sverige (Sweden) and freelancing for Miles Edwards, CPA, but in my spare time I enjoy spending time with my kids, baking, reading, film, and staying active.
